Sales- Vendor Relations Associate

At Blue Bridge Financial, are goal is to facilitate business growth through providing financing solutions to small business Owner/Operators. We offer personalized funding solutions and quick credit approvals to small businesses nationwide, across a broad array of industries.

Equipment financing and leasing has continued to grow even through the pandemic. Businesses nationwide require our product and services now more than ever. We are expanding our direct sales team and are looking for experienced individuals to create programs with C-level executives.

Director of Vendor Originations & Syndications

FLSA Status

Exempt, Full-Time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a strategic sales plan for increasing Blue Bridge loan originations through our Vendor Programs
  • Expand existing programs, to enhance the Blue Bridge vendor offerings and solutions
  • Source and partner with business vendors (e.g. manufacturers, dealers, franchises, etc.) across a range of industries, including transportation, medical, hospitality and professional services as well as market trends
  • Identify vendors who meet Blue Bridge credit criteria and requirements
  • Develop relationships with partners that will yield sustainable, profitable, high-quality leads
  • Educate vendors and on new and existing finance products, terms and requirements
  • Working through your vendors and partners, obtain lists of customers (e.g. direct borrowers) for hand-off to the Direct Sales Team
  • Coordinate with the marketing teams on sales campaigns and outreach strategies, industry conferences and trade associations, and other corporate branding/awareness efforts
  • Communicate via phone calls and emails as well as online via Microsoft Teams and in-person meetings
  • Represent Blue Bridge at industry conferences, events and trade shows
  • Identify potential speaking and/or exhibit opportunities
  • Provide a high level of customer service through all stages of the sales process

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely eager and competitive to exceed goals and quotas
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented with the ability to manage workload and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to identify creative solutions for unique situations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point
