Description:
Blue Bridge Financial is a specialty finance company that has an exciting opportunity for a Direct Origination – Business Development Associate in our rapidly growing Direct Lending Division in Irvine, CA. At Blue Bridge Financial, we offer personalized funding solutions for small businesses nationwide, across a broad array of industries. The role is responsible for identifying leads, maintaining strategic partnerships, and general relationship management intended to drive origination. This position is part of a new, expanding avenue of business with hands-on training and a great opportunity for growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to provided leads, new contacts, and existing customer databases.
- Mass outreach to end users to build a dealer network; a combination of outbound calling and email campaign.
- Identifying new lead sources for both end users and dealer partners; identifying industries of interest and ways to penetrate those markets.
- Utilize Salesforce, our CRM, to track calls and update notes.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
- Educate customers about our finance products.
- Screen incoming callers to find out what they are looking for and if they qualify.
- Ability to build and maintain a customer database through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of finance options and requirements.
- Schedule and track follow-up calls with leads
Qualifications/Skills/ Education/Experience:
- 1 year sales experience in a call center setting preferred, but not required.
- Excellent computer skills, CRM sales software experience a plus.
- Highly motivated and target driven individual.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Lending experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.

At Blue Bridge Financial, we offer personalized funding solutions for small businesses nationwide, across a broad array of industries. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying leads, maintaining strategic partnerships with vendors, and general relationship management intended to drive origination. This position is part of a new, expanding avenue of business with hands on training and a great opportunity for growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attending and participating in industry specific trade shows, conferences, association sponsored events, including:
- Pre-event outreach / marketing efforts (Outbound calling)
- Participating in meetings with management to develop dialogue with vendor partners
- Capturing potential customers with real time (in person) loan offers
- Post-event follow up
- Ushering deals through our credit decisioning and documentation process, while communicating with vendor and customer to agree on loan terms and gather necessary information
- Identifying potential direct origination leads and carrying out cold calling campaign
- Ultimate freedom to pursue industries of interest and contribute to the overall origination plan

At Blue Bridge Financial, we are a unique collection of diverse people with a common goal to facilitate business growth through providing financing solutions to small business Owner/Operators. We offer personalized funding solutions and quick credit approvals to small businesses nationwide, across a broad array of industries.
In this entry level role, extreme accuracy is required, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while managing and preparing numerous functions. Strong relationship, analytical and organizational experience is essential for success. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for internal and external communication, to effectively perform this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily account management (Early Stage, Mid-Stage and Late-Stage Collections)
- Critical decision making and strong account analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of repossession and remarketing.
- Learning and adapting to equipment resale markets and collateral evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deal tactfully with customers.
- Review concerns and extraordinary exceptions in a timely manner and brings them to the attention of management.
- Review and analyze daily aging reports, evaluate status of accounts.
- Background in legal collections, litigation, judgements and bankruptcy.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all customer or potential customer information in accordance with internal policies and procedures and federal rules and regulations.
- Review loan portfolio performance daily, with required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Must possess excellent verbal and telephone skills.
- Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, detail-conscious, and the ability to ensure quality of work completed.
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or experience equivalent.
- Experience in data management and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Desired experience in Commercial Collections
