We are expanding our sales team and are seeking a highly motivated, qualified and experienced associate to lead a team and to develop business relationships.
Through this opportunity, you will be provided with access to current leads, new contacts and existing customer databases. You will also be encouraged to seek out and develop your own network of potential leads. Support will be provided to maximize your opportunities in a team-based approach to the sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee a newly created team of call center personnel responsible for handling inbound leads and outbound strategies.
- Working with company management in recruiting sales associates, setting goals and monitoring progress, including call volume, lead developments and closing metrics.
- Assist in developing digital marketing and outbound list-based calling strategies to drive origination volume
Qualifications/Skills/ Education/Experience
- 3+ years sales experience in a call center setting is desired but not required.
- Excellent computer skills, CRM sales software experience a plus.

Capital Markets Analyst
Location: Reston, VA
Functional Reporting: Senior Vice President of Finance
FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time
Opportunity Overview:
The ideal candidate for this position will work directly with the head of Capital Markets and cross-functionally with the Accounting team to prepare, package and sell specialty finance portfolios to investors and bank professionals. In this role, strong relationship, analytical and organizational experience is essential for success. Experience in specialty finance markets, data management and loan accounting are essential for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for management of Company loan portfolio sales efforts
- Development of loan sale strategies to maximize Company liquidity and profitability
- Responsible for development and management of Company network of loans servicing relationships
- Management of Company loan portfolio presentation and market placement
- Lead company Capital Markets Committee, comprised of Company senior management
- Make recommendations on Company product development in addressing market demand
- Responsible for development of internal reporting on capital markets activities
- Management of monthly portfolio servicing reports
- Management of Company provided quarterly loan loss allowance reporting
- Responsible for management of Company loan sales contracts
- Participation in Company loan pricing determination
- Responsible for generating ad-hoc analysis related to company performance and portfolio management
- Serve as point of contact for loan sales partners
- Work cross functionally to improve and enhance the loan sale process across the company
Knowledge/Skills/Education:

Sr. Project Manager

DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and desire to work in an exciting and fast paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management responsibility for core system upgrades, system and/or data conversions, functional system improvements, system integrations and ongoing system enhancements and fixes
- Develop project deliverables
- Create and manage project plans to support deliverables
- Create and manage project budgets
- Create and manage RAID logs
- Manage internal and external teams to reach timely and effective project milestones
- Act as liaison between internal users and external service providers
- Manage system enhancements and fixes
- Manage external contractors on an as needed basis
- Develop & execute training to end users
- Overall responsibility for product development projects including but not limited to the design and implementation of commercial finance products and operational efficiency project

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college, university or experience equivalent
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Ability to develop key deliverable expectations and create work plans to accomplish objectives
- Ability to think analytically about data received as well as high attention to detail
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload, being able to changed to a completely different task suddenly and functioning as part of a group
- 5+ years of project/program management
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to get up to speed quickly in new situations
- Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to non-technical staff and executive level management
- Deep understanding of the specialty finance underwriting process from submission to issuance including clearance, risk evaluation, pricing, quoting, binding and issuance
- General understanding of policy administration, rating engines, underwriting workflow and content management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
