Junior Software  Developer Responsibilities:

  • Developing front end website architecture.
  • Designing user interactions on web pages.
  • Developing back-end website applications.
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

Junior Software Developer Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science.

  • Manage the reporting process, to include exception and efficiency of staff compliance activities

  • Work with the Credit team regarding work flow and process redesign

Loan Documentation:

· Oversight of documentation team compliance with internal and external policies and rules/regulations:

  • Play a critical role ensuring loans are accurate and properly approved.
  • Overall loan compliance management and regular audit
  • UCC Perfection oversight and management
  • Titling process management and follow-up
  • Loan sales compliance oversight
  • Lead relationship manager with service providers including:
  • Custodian
  • Titling agencies
  • UCC service providers

Customer Support and Loan Implementation:

  • Oversee customer service activities including:
  • Insurance maintenance
  • Lien perfection
  • Titling compliance
  • General customer service inquiries
  • Payoff requests

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

  • Ability to contribute as a key business partner on an executive team, with a passionate focus on strategy, growth and overall company success
  • Demonstrable understanding of the specialty finance industry and loan operations; experience in equipment finance industry strongly preferred
  • Management experience with respect to information systems processes

· Impeccable personal and business judgment, with excellent decision-making ability

· Broad spectrum of communication skills, including professional interaction with executives and cross-functional leadership

· Passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

· High energy, intensity and sense of humor

· Minimum 5 years’ in lien perfection/compliance

· Expert in UCC code and vehicle titling requirements across the U.S.

Blue Bridge Financial is a specialty finance company that has an exciting opportunity for a Direct Origination Sales Associate in our rapidly growing Direct Lending Division in Irvine, CA. At Blue Bridge Financial, we offer personalized funding solutions for small businesses nationwide, across a broad array of industries. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying leads, maintaining strategic partnerships with vendors, and general relationship management intended to drive origination. This position is part of a new, expanding avenue of business with hands on training and a great opportunity for growth.   

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Attending and participating in industry specific trade shows, conferences, association sponsored events, including:
  • Pre-event outreach / marketing efforts (Outbound calling)
  • Participating in meetings with management to develop dialogue with vendor partners
  • Capturing potential customers with real time (in person) loan offers
  • Post-event follow up
  • Ushering deals through our credit decisioning and documentation process, while communicating with vendor and customer to agree on loan terms and gather necessary information
  • Identifying potential direct origination leads and carrying out cold calling campaign
  • Ultimate freedom to pursue industries of interest and contribute to the overall origination plan

Qualifications/Skills/ Education/Experience: 

  • 1 year sales experience preferred 
  • Strong computer skills, CRM sales software experience a plus
  • Highly motivated and target driven individual
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Lending experience is a plus, but not necessary

In this entry level role, extreme accuracy is required, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while managing and preparing numerous functions. Strong relationship, analytical and organizational experience is essential for success. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for internal and external communication, to effectively perform this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily account management (Early Stage, Mid-Stage and Late-Stage Collections)
  • Critical decision making and strong account analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of repossession and remarketing.
  • Learning and adapting to equipment resale markets and collateral evaluation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deal tactfully with customers.
