Founded in 2009, Blue Bridge Financial is a specialty equipment finance firm providing small and medium-sized businesses with secured loans for revenue-producing, essential-use equipment. Serving a wide range of industries, no business should be left behind when it needs essential business assets. Blue Bridge Financial aims to fill a gap in the lending market that enables more businesses to finance equipment quicker. Rob Snow

Rob Snow has overseen the Company’s Credit, Operations, Capital Markets, Loss Mitigation, and Servicing functions since September 2014. Prior to joining the Company, he co-founded Carillon Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm and merchant bank. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Snow has purchased and sold over $10 billion in whole loans and led the issuance of more than $4 billion in asset-backed securities. He has held executive level positions with BankBoston, Sovereign Bank and E*Trade Financial, where he was responsible for loan origination activities, portfolio management and securitization. Mr. Snow holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

Steve Dervenis

Since 2015, Steve Dervenis has overseen the strategic direction of the Company in addition to sales, finance, and capital markets functions. He has held a number of senior leadership positions in the financial services and financial technology industries over a 30-year period at a variety of Wall Street firms and cutting edge, technology-oriented financial companies. Mr. Dervenis’s leadership as Chief Executive Officer of E*Trade Global Asset Management, the entity responsible for all portfolio management and lending activities across all asset classes, brought about a period of unprecedented growth and record earnings for the organization. He also cofounded Carillon Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm and merchant bank that has completed over $2.2 billion in transactions across various asset classes. Mr. Dervenis holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Kyle Bergeron

Kyle Bergeron has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and financial technology industries.  Kyle joined Blue Bridge in 2015 and is currently responsible for Blue Bridge’s credit strategy, including management of the credit team, the underwriting process, and enhancements.  Kyle holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Georgetown University.

Hannah Phearsdorf

Hannah Phearsdorf is the SVP of Finance and Accounting at Blue Bridge Financial

Hannah Phearsdorf joined Blue Bridge in May 2017 after receiving her MBA from St. Bonaventure and she now serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting.  In her role, she is responsible for the production of financial statements, management reporting and capital markets activities including oversight of loan sales. Hannah, with her team, has direct responsibility for managing all the Company’s lending facilities. She is also active in investor relations and communications with all investors. In December 2023, Hannah led the successful issuance of Blue Bridge’s inaugural securitization working in conjunction with Truist Securities .  Hannah has enhanced the transparency and controls in the Company through the implementation of a new accounting system, development of a cash reconciliation/forecasting system and automating the process for funding loans.

Kaan Tayla

Kaan is the Head of Blue Bridge’s Technology Department. He oversees Blue Bridge’s technological infrastructure, software development and tech support initiatives. Prior to Blue Bridge, Kaan was the Director of Information Technology at IMPLAN, where he led cloud infrastructure, Web development and e-commerce projects. Before IMPLAN, Kaan was a professional swimmer. He became two-time Olympian, multiple-time ACC champion, and multiple-time national record holder during his swimming career.

Marianne Lunceford

Marianne Lunceford, Vice President Human Resources of Blue Bridge Financial

Marianne joined Blue Bridge in 2019 and is responsible for talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. During her tenure at the Company, Marianne has developed a performance-based commission plan for the sales team, created a metrics-based employee performance evaluation program, revised corporate policies and employee handbooks to reflect federal and multi-state law changes as well enhanced company sponsored employee benefits.  Marianne has over 15 years of Human Resources experience holding executive positions in the telecommunications industry for Sprint, Global One, Teligent and Teleglobe. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Frostburg State University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Dave Cashmore

Dave joined Blue Bridge in early 2021 as a Credit Manager, swiftly ascending to the position of Senior Director of Credit. In March 2023, Dave embarked on a new chapter as the Senior Director of Broker Relations. Leveraging his extensive credit expertise and a keen understanding of sales, Dave excels in cultivating robust relationships with the brokers collaborating with Blue Bridge. He collaborates closely with the portfolio and credit team at Blue Bridge to design innovative programs aimed at expanding the company’s market presence, all while maintaining a resilient portfolio for Blue Bridge. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany in Actuarial Science and Mathematics.

Josh Koscielniak

Josh joined Blue Bridge in April 2019 and has been involved in multiple areas of the business including Credit, Documentation, Funding, Titling, and Customer Service.  He is currently responsible for the Documentation and Funding teams including the day-to-day operations and process enhancements.  Prior to the company, Josh was with M&T Bank as a part of the Commercial Loan Operations team and holds a B.S. in Economics.

Janessa Brown

Janessa joined Blue Bridge in September 2021 as a documentation specialist. In her initial position, Janessa was not only a top performer in her day-to-day duties but was also able to utilize her prior experience to take a significant and proactive role in refining and restructuring our docs and funding processes. Her commitment to efficiency is what led to her eventual promotion to Director of Vendor & Direct Operations. Janessa and her team are now responsible for covering west coast funding accounts, managing client and vendor relationships, and continuous oversight of processes to optimize performance and offer better service for our customers and partners!

Erika Sowers

Erika joined Blue Bridge in June 2021 as a business analyst and has been involved in multiple departments including Credit, Documentation, Broker Origination and Finance. Since then, she has enhanced the analytics across departments, refined risk assessment models, and advanced the financial forecasting of the company.  Erika is currently responsible for the portfolio management and corporate finance functions of the company. This includes portfolio performance/strategy, execution of key corporate initiatives, and budget/growth metrics. Erika holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland.

Nick Dervenis

Nick Dervenis joined Blue Bridge in May 2018 working as a summer credit analyst. He graduated from Indiana University and went on to become a full-time credit analyst, quickly gaining decisioning authority and eventually working his way up to co-director of the credit department in late 2020. In 2021, he moved out to our satellite office in California and out of the credit department to start building out Blue Bridge’s direct/vendor business. He currently oversees the California office and leads the Sales and Marketing departments. Nick’s role as Senior Director of Business Development involves management of the sales team, relationship management, and developing strategic partnerships to drive inbound and outbound originations.

Wesley Newman

Wesley Newman is the Senior Director of Loss Mitigation at Blue Bridge Financial

Wesley Newman joined Blue Bridge Financial Inc. in 2017. He is currently responsible for the back-end operations of the business as well as delinquency portfolio management. Wesley graduated from the Halton Police Academy out of Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada.  Although his mind was set on law enforcement, the skills, and attributes he gained at the Academy served him well in pursuing financial services. Throughout his career, he has made many advancements and has taken every opportunity to build his skill set.  Wesley prides himself on communication, market research, and understanding how economic and various factors can impact a portfolio.  His approach is heavily based on “knowing the customer” and understanding the various industries in which small businesses lending is supported.  Wesley has grown to a Senior Management position at Blue Bridge and is responsible for Loss Mitigation, Equipment Remarketing,  Bankruptcy and the Legal nuances of equipment finance.  He is currently working on establishing his ASA Certification to help Blue Bridge ensure that we are driving in the right direction on equipment evaluation.
